For our Partner, international company in Krakow, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

Job description

Business Analyst will be responsible for Program/Project tracking – on key internal initiatives. Supporting the current program team with updates, reporting, status etc.Responsibilities will also include reporting and standardizing program/project reporting and working with key stakeholders/teams to ensure data availability and output.Moreover process/practice - helping to develop standard approaches and processes to program or project management will be also important.For more information please contact Kinga Baran: kinga.baran[at]

  • The budget for this position is between 7 000 - 13 600 PLN and depends on the chosen form of the agreement (standard work agreement or B2B).

  • Ability to clearly report data in a visual way to drive required actions  – understand program/project financials and able to produce actionable info from data.
  • Strong business communication skills – able to communicate clearly at all levels.
  • Strong MS Office skills – particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferable to have SharePoint 365 experience (e.g. workflows) or development aptitude.
  • Fluent English language (oral and written) is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning.
  • Willingness to contribute to build the best working environment with a positive attitude.

Additional requirements

  • Experience with Sharepoint forms and list, workflow development an advantage
  • Proficient with a project scheduling software tool-MS Project preferred.
  • Experience with Jira or other tracking tools is a plus.
  • Experience with AGILE development methodology
  • Working knowledge of phases of the product life cycle, including engineering specifications, customer requirements gathering, software design and development, testing - including unit, functional, systems and integration implementation/delivery and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of how different systems interact, including potential problems and difficulties that may occur.
