Job description

  • Build and manage the team of software engineers developing firmware for automotive systems
  • Manage SW Projects in an international and distributed environment
  • Monitor and measure performance on Project Planning Level
  • Track & plan input/output deliveries from/to other competencies
  • Plan, monitor and control capabilities of the team
  • Plan and manage the budget of assigned cost center
  • Cooperate with other Engineering Group Managers to optimize organizational resources usage and projects execution
  • Risk Management on Project Level
  • Support failure analysis and tracking of resolution
  • Be compliant with Automotive SPICE MAN.3 and MAN.5
  • Lead SW-Steering, stand-up and IP meetings
  • Commitment to ongoing projects and implementing improvements
  • Care for good company image

  • At least 3 years of work on software project management or software team management position
  • Practical Knowledge of Agile software development methods
  • Documented leadership, team oriented work experience, communication skills
  • Excellent SW-Project Management skills (methods, tools)
  • Problem solving & negotiating skills
  • Fluent English

  • Experience with embedded systems

  • Practical Knowledge of SCRUM
