Essenstial job requirements:
- Msc. university degree, preferred in computer science (network engineering/management).
- Very good knowlege of French language both spoken and written.
- Very good knowlege of English language both spoken and written.
- Minimum 5 years experience of working in international environment (either in Poland or abroad) with minimum 3 years experience of working at management position (leading teams of 10+ members).
- Good sensibility to ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of ITSM ticketing system as a plus.
- Proven record of team member coaching capabilities.
- Open and clear communication skills.
- Ability to travel abroad.
Position Description:
- A manager responsible for building and managing the department of 80+ team members with potential to the further growth. The department will initially consist of network engineers and team leaders supporting global customer of a company.
- Ensuring quality and financial KPIs are defined and met.
- Day-to-day coaching of the junior managers.
